One interior pocket and two exterior pockets. Women's size Large, it's a true large. I normally wear a Medium or "small" cheap large's and this jacket is just too big for me. Perfect for winter, cold weather. Not waterproof. Bought used, but minimal to no signs of wear. Looks like it's in good condition. Open to offers.
