I spent several hours trying to find this painter and came up empty, the Painting itself and frame have small white paint specks cheap scatter over it and to be honest I'm not sure if this was accidentally or on purpose all I know is I didn't do it because I don't paint, anyways it looks professional Painted and the frame and canvas are all in very good condition .
